so hydrating
This is my first milky toner and, as someone with dry/combo skin, I love the way this makes my skin feel. One of my favorite things to do is to go over my lips with a little bit of this when I'm applying to my face and it moisturizes so well.
I would definitely re-purchase this!
It is so hydrating and makes my skin feel so refreshed. It is very good for its price and even in general. I think that it is very good if you want to get some moisture and balance back into your skin and it really helped me even out my skin tone and it is acne safe.
Broke me out
First time I used this, I loved it!! My skin looked super hydrated and glowy. I don't typically have acne prone skin, but after a few uses my skin has broken out all over my forehead and cheeks. So disappointing, I really wanted to like this.

I'm not sure why people are writing reviews because it gave them a break out. I'm not trying to sound mean but your getting people to not want to buy the product when your skin had a reaction because it's sensitive. I purchased it and absolutely love it. would definitely recommend!
The GOAT!
I apply this twice a day after cleanings. Make sure to apply a few drops before skin is fully dry. It seals in moisture like a dream! I apply moisturizer at night, or sunscreen during the day over it.
