Absolute Toning Perfection | After
I am completelg jn love with the MILKY aspect of this "Hydrating Milky Toner". This Byoma product can easily be considered a dupe for Hailey (Rhode-) Biebers' Milky Toner by her relatively new beauty company which is Rhode Beauty (which I'm sure was intentional on Byoma's part).
So hydrating!!
I love this toner so much, its so hydrating for those with oily skin! Its not sticky and absorbs into the skin within minutes. It also wears so well under makeup and other skincare products
