Is it ok for the product to have a cloudy sediment on the bottom of a new unopened bottle?

Because it’s a real bioidentical keratin—not a synthetic silicone—it naturally settles when the bottle sits still. That’s why the cap says ‘shake to activate.’ A quick shake lifts the keratin back into the formula so every pump delivers the strengthening benefit. Will this cause any protein overload with everyday use?

- Official Answer By Virtue - Brand EngageHi, Good news, you don't have to worry of over-protenizing with any of Virtue products because we have a one and only, patented protein, Alpha Keratin 60ku. Due to it being identical to the protein in your hair (plus it's water-based/water-soluble) it's impossible for it to build up. I'm a cosmetologist/colorist and have used Virtue products exclusively for 7yrs, so I can tell you first hand. :)Was this answer helpful to you

Take my money
I have long fine straight hair. This is not too heavy on my hair yet hydrates so well. I get so many compliments on the smell. I use it day and night. I reccomend it to everyone. I have been buying it for a few years now. I do wish they had it in my local store. Its expensive, but so worth it. the big bottle lasts me about 4-6 months.
holy grail hair product
I LOVE THIS PRODUCT! I have fine hair, but I have a lot of it. My hair whether colored or not, washed with high or low end products, masked up or deep conditioned -- it has always looked bad. My hair wash days are supposed to be the day where my hair looks the best, but my hair is always left looking knotted & brittle. This product gives my hair LIFE. It's lightweight which is stellar and it also smells really good. I brush my hair with a detangler brush, blow dry to where it's 70% dry, put about 7 drops of the oil in, brush it thru with a bristle brush and then blow dry some more. Someone told me my hair was blowing & that's all I will say about that ;) 'm so grateful for this product.
