I'm done with Ulta!
I never received my order. When it was reported to Ulta they responded that there was nothing they could do. I'm Diamond status, which means I've spent plenty of money with them, but no more! I'm out.
Magic in a Bottle
I have been struggling for a while with dry, frizzy perimenopause hair and my bathroom shelf is full of things that haven't worked. This product is a game changer. After 3 uses the texture of my hair is completley changed. It's soft in a way I can't ever remeber it being and my frizz is reduced by at least 80%. I'm using this in tandem with the recovery shampoo amd conditioner.
expectations - user error
I could not get the recommended amount (2 pumps) to spread thru all of my hair (medium, not long). So I set aside. Fast forward, a year later, I'm tossing old product and decide to try to use this as a heat protector prior to styling on day 2, but used 2 pumps per side. My hair became straw like, but I used 2x recommended, so ? It's been tossed. Not for me.
