Step 1: Scoop out a dime-sized amount of makeup melting balm with the included spatula and massage onto dry skin.

Works, but not the best
I will say it does remove all of my eye makeup, but there is a lot of massaging involved. I remove it in the shower and use a pad to wipe clean. I found that it really makes my eyes dry afterwards, which I've not experienced before. It's a good price point, but I probably won't purchase again.
Obsessed
This is my very first cleansing balm and I love it! I have sensitive dry skin so wiping my skin with cotton pads or makeup remover wipes causes irritation and flaking for me. If you're in the same boat as I was and looking for an alternative, I highly recommend this! My makeup melts away so effortlessly and I even use it as part of a double cleanse some nights when I'm not wearing makeup. There is a slight fragrance that personally doesn't bother me, but if you're sensitive to smells keep that in mind. As a newbie to the skincare world I love Elf's products because they're so easy to use and great quality for the price!
Best Cleansing Balm in the game
I have sensitive/acne prone combo skin so it is hard finding products that work for me. This has ingredients to gently remove makeup and to fight against acne without causing a breakout. I will continue to buy this and recommend to try for everyone!
