Use 1-3 pumps based on hair thickness, emulsify in hands for a lather, then massage into scalp and rinse.

I've been using this product for a 2 months and it hasn't improved the amount of hair loss not one bit! I also purchased the conditioner. These are not cheap and I would've expected much better results but that's a big NOPE!

Great for Thinning hair
My hair is fine, and I usually lose a lot of strands during and after showering when brushing. After a couple of washes with this Duo kit, I saw a big difference not only in the thickness of my hair but also in less hair fall during showering and brushing. After two weeks, I started seeing new baby hairs on my crown as well. It has been a month of using this Duo, and I definitely recommend it if your hair is thinning or you have too much hair loss.

When I tried these products I thought with the ingredients that it would have a super tingly feeling. This was surprisingly different it was more like a true clean feeling. Hair Type Straight Hair
Since menopause, I've noticed a lot of changes with my hair. Very dry, frizzy, shedding and it's become more fine and thin. This shampoo lathers well and the hydrating formula throughly cleanses my scalp making it feel more nourished and healthier. The biggest changes I've seen is that my hair is more manageable and even a little thicker with volume. Using it along with the conditioner leaves hair strands less tangled, soft and oh so shiny!
