Torn!?!?
I get my had colored or touched up, depending on the color I choose, every four to six weeks. I spend what's needed to keep my hair nice and healthy. Makes hair dry and full of static!
I have fine, dense, color treated hair. I just cut a significant amount off so it was healthy with no split ends. I purchased the shampoo, conditioner, and mask. The first two washes with the shampoo and conditioner weren't a problem. My hair styled well and stayed cleaner longer. The third wash my hair felt a bit dry. For the fourth wash I added the mask for extra hydration. My hair felt extremely dry and brittle! Frizzy and full of static. This range has too much protein and not enough moisture. I returned all of the products and have been trying to repair the damage that they've caused. I can't believe how bad my hair looks in such a short time.
They changed the formula with the rebrand. No good anymore.
They changed the formula with the recent rebranding. They removed the keratin amino acids and replaced them with the cheaper hydrolyzed vegetable protein and hydrolyzed pea protein. So disappointed.
So far, it's everything I wanted and more
Hair Type Straight Hair
This is my first time purchasing a salon quality brand. At first, I was skeptical that this would be worth the money. But I can confidently say there is a huge difference between this shampoo and a drugstore shampoo. I was looking for a shampoo and conditioner that would preserve my hair color. After the first wash, I can say that this makes my hair feel great, look shiny, and causes very minimal color loss if any at all. It has a wonderful lather and clears away all of the buildup and grease off my scalp while also being super gentle on my hair. I love it.
Am I missing something??
The shampoo turns your hair into dry straw and becomes a tangled mess even after the conditioner. I don't get it. I've never had this issue from a shampoo/conditioner ever. It's so bad.
