Thoroughly wet hair from roots to ends with lukewarm water. Squeeze out excess moisture. Lather a quarter size amount of shampoo in hands. Part hair using fingers and apply shampoo as close to the scalp as possible. Let set for 1 to 3 minutes. Rinse. Squeeze out excess moisture before applying conditioner. Rinse with cold water to close the hair cuticle and added shine.
Precautions: Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse well with water.

Why in the world would you send out a magazine advertising the JUMBO size of Ouai Shampoo and Conditioner only to find out you don't carry it on your website. I am an Ulta credit card holder and immediately went online to order the products because I prefer the pump!
