Thoroughly wet hair from roots to ends with lukewarm water. Squeeze out excess moisture. Lather a quarter size amount of shampoo in hands. Part hair using fingers and apply shampoo as close to the scalp as possible. Let set for 1 to 3 minutes. Rinse. Squeeze out excess moisture before applying conditioner. Rinse with cold water to close the hair cuticle and added shine.
Precautions: Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse well with water.

Top tier for hard water removal!
I live in an area that uses well water... To say I have hard water is an understatement.. This stuff after one use made my scalp feel amazing!! Like a reset to my scalp!! I used other clarifying shampoos before but didn't now that if they don't make the claim they remove hard water deposits.. It won't! Lession learned!! Now I use this once no more then once every week as it can be a little drying.. Unless you have a super oily scalp!
It's just for the smell not for detoxification
This shampoo definitely smells really good. But that was it for me. I do have highlights and now light hair color/processed. Maybe this will work for non-treated hair. Now I really need to find another brand to help me detox my scalp. Not this one.

Great detox shampoo
I moved to a place with really hard water last year, and this shampoo was great with getting rid of buildup on my scalp until I got a water filter for my shower. It does strip a lot from your hair, so I wouldn't recommend using it for every wash. Great product and really helped a lot!
