Thoroughly wet hair from roots to ends with lukewarm water. Squeeze out excess moisture. Lather a quarter size amount of shampoo in hands. Part hair using fingers and apply shampoo as close to the scalp as possible. Let set for 1 to 3 minutes. Rinse. Squeeze out excess moisture before applying conditioner. Rinse with cold water to close the hair cuticle and added shine.
Precautions: Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse well with water.

I have long thick hair and I wash it once or twice a week. I use dry shampoo a lot and i cant stand the way it feela on ny scalp. I also use Redken power play for volume and it can sit on your scalp also. This is the ONLY claifying shampoo I have found that thoroughly cleans my scalp of buildup without drying it out. I use it once a week. I shampo with it, rinse it out and then use my regular shampoo. It makes my hair soft and most importantly clean!
