Depending on the thickness of your hair, squeeze a dime to quarter-sized amount of shampoo into your palm. Apply to wet hair, massaging into the scalp to create a rich lather. Add more shampoo if desired. Rinse thoroughly and repeat if necessary.

Very Nice Product!
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This is a great clarifying shampoo. It makes my my hair feel so wonderful and just feels so clean. I can tell all the build up is gone. It has a wonderful smell, very refreshing. So shiny when it's dry. I have no complaints about this product.

I've been using the Kristin Ess Deep Clean Clarifying Shampoo for a few weeks now, and it's quickly become one of my favorite products for resetting my hair. I tend to get buildup from dry shampoo, styling products, and hard water, and this shampoo does a great job of removing all of that without making my hair feel stripped. The first thing I noticed was how well it lathers. A small amount goes a long way, and it leaves my scalp feeling really clean and refreshed. Even though it's a clarifying shampoo, my hair doesn't feel overly dry afterward, which can happen with other clarifying formulas. I also love the light, clean scent—it smells fresh but not too strong, and it lingers just enough after washing. After using it, my hair feels lighter, softer, and has more natural volume. I like to use it about once a week to remove buildup and give my hair a fresh start. If you use a lot of styling products or just want a shampoo that truly deep cleans your hair and scalp, this one is definitely worth trying.
Very good for deep cleaning
This cleans my hair really well after using gels, oils, and heavy moisturizers. I think people who say it's drying or caused shedding are using it daily or every other day. This is not an everyday shampoo. I would say use this once a week, if needed, and use a moisturizing shampoo other days.
Does deep clean very well, but dry hair.
I have curly hair, I really liked the smell and it did get rid of my product buildup, but it is very drying. I would recommend if you get this to buy a very moisturizing hair mask with it. Otherwise for curly girls this product is not too good for us. Felt like my curls were less tight.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Kristin Ess Deep Clean Clarifying shampoo does just that! It is effective in removing build up left behind from other shampoos. It does have a lovely scent (I am a perfume girlie). So if you prefer fragrance free, this would not be for you. But I enjoy it. I would suggest limiting use of this shampoo to maybe once a week, as it can be drying to the scalp, at least in the winter. I have very fine hair and it brought it back to life with the first use.
