Oak Essentials Cleansing Balm is a velvety-soft, balm-to-oil cleanser with Avocado and Juniper Oil, which gently dissolve makeup and impurities while helping to replenish the lipid layer and reinforce skin’s natural moisture barrier.
Key Ingredients
- Organic Safflower Seed Oil: Helps to soothe and nourish dry skin and is rich in fatty acids--like linoleic acid--that provide antioxidant properties and help promote cell renewal.
- Avocado Oil: Rich in vitamin E and omega-3 fatty acids to nourish skin and help protect against free radicals and environmental stress.
- Organic Sesame Oil: Packed with antioxidants and essential fatty acids, it helps balance the skin’s PH and gently removes oil, dirt, and pollutants, leaving skin soft and moisturized.
Formulated Without
- Made simply and without compromise, their skincare formulas are non-GMO and organic whenever possible, and always formulated without silicones, colorants, sulfates, phthalates, parabens, PEGs, petrolatum, mineral oil, and nanoparticles.
Use AM and PM daily. Warm a dime-size amount in your hands until it melts into oil. Apply to dry skin and massage in circular motions. Wet fingertips and continue to massage, then remove with a warm, damp washcloth or cotton round. Follow with Balancing Mist and Moisture Rich Balm.
TIP: Focus on areas that need additional cleansing, like the eye area, to remove makeup.

I wear very light makeup so don't need a heavy duty makeup remover. This is definitely thick and leaves a bit of residue after being wiped off that I wouldn't want in the morning. However, I tried this as party of my nighttime routine and found that in the morning the stickiness was gone and my skin felt softer. It does seem to help lock the moisture in. I might try using it a few times a week rather than on a daily basis.

I'm new to the products and have fell in love with this one. I love how it makes my skin feel and glow and in combination with the balancing mist and moisture balm my skin actually feels nourished. I workout everyday and feel like I need a 2x wash about every other day. I also have naturally combination skin and this does not make me oily. I start with a milky face wash when I 2x cleanse - follow with the balm, use a warm hand towel to remove (warm is definitely a must) and then follow with mist, moisturizer balm, and spf! I can't believe instagram brought me to this brand. I'll be a lifer
