Use AM and PM daily. Warm a pea-size amount into your hands until it melts into oil. Massage into your skin. Use it as your final step in your nighttime routine or prior to SPF in the morning. A little goes a long way---apply more generously to lock in extra moisture.

I purchased this online at Ulta…unlike all of the other reviews except two. It's definitely not for everyone, and it's packed with essential oils and fragrance. Not a moisturizer
This balm is more like a last step over your moisturizer to seal everything in, rather than a thick lotion. I would only use this at night as it sits on top of your skin and doesnt soak in all that well, but would be good if you have super dry skin and need an extra layer to protect everything.
