Use AM & PM daily. Apply 1-2 pumps to damp skin and massage using circular motions. Rinse off with water and pat skin dry. Follow with your routine essentials and Moisture Rich Balm.
TIP: For a spa-like experience, dampen a cotton pad with Balancing Mist and then apply 2-3 pumps of Nourishing Milk Cleanser. Start at the center of the face using circular motions and work towards the outer corners. Repeat until skin is clean and refreshed.

Defective
Love this face wash but the bottle spout must have been defective because it broke off causing the bottle to fall and shatter on the floor
Great Cleanser, Terrible Packaging!
It is my hope that this feedback is shared with Oak Essentials. This cleanser is wonderful, creamy and lightweight. Does not dry out my skin and smells like a day at the spa. I am 61 years young with combo skin. The reason I took one star off is the heavy glass bottle. Please re-think your packaging to something not so heavy. Also, the lid slides off easily and that is another issue. Need to carefully hold it or the bottle will end up on the ground. Happened to me twice.
New favorite cleanser!
Im an esthetician so im pretty picky when it comes to products. Im almoat finished with my first bottle and its teally made a difference with my skin. Im acne prone and very senstive and this one has made my skin so happy and glowy and has not made me more oily like most creamy cleansers. I hope they eventually sell a refill pouch or a smalelr travel size option
