Should I have damp skin before applying this serum?

Love this serum it got rid of texture on my face
Great for my sensitive skin
Helps prevent minor acne and light redness, feels nice. Using for a year so far. I apply AM and PM directly after washing. My skin is fragrance-sensitive and easily irritates. I see the difference when I forget to reorder this and go without for a bit!
Litterally amazing
I used to get alot of acne and ever since using this I have only gotten 1 or 2 pimples here and there but this has truly been a game changer! 100% reccomend!
Did nothing
I didn't see any difference with my skin after using the bottle. Love BYOMA usually but this is a dud for me.
Has accurate effects as for what the product stated.
When I got this for Christmas and first tried it it instantly soaked into my skin saying I have very oily skin, blackheads, and pimples. I saw results overnight. This is a very good teen product. I had lots of acne scars and I have seen this Serum transform this overnight as it is much more rapidly fading away. Renimder I have only had this for 2 days.
