Should I have damp skin before applying this serum?

Really wanted to love it…but not so much!
I wanted to like this and was hoping it was going to help clear my skin but it made me break out worse then before!! I broke out all over and in places i normally dont break out in. I had to stop using it, pretty bummed bc i bought a ton of their skincare products.
Wouldn't repurchase
Ive been using this serum for about 2 months now. It feels good on my skin, makes my skin soft and absorbs quickly but there are no other benefits for me. A couple hours after using it my skin feels the same as before and ive seen no change in the way my skin looks overall. I think this serum is gentle so may be good for someone with sensitive skin

I didn't expect much from this, but ive had clogged pores on my forehead for awhile now, and since ive started using this I've noticed them clearing up! Very surprising! I love it
Didn't do much for my skin
I'm a very acne prone person, and I just think this serum was too gentle for me. It probably works well for minor breakouts and has good ingredients. But, I went through two bottles of this using it every night and didn't see any improvement. I did have pretty bad acne at the time I tried this though!
