Should I have damp skin before applying this serum?

This fully calmed my rosacea with one use and cleared my pores within 2-3 uses. I've used it for about a month now and had zero irritation, just soft, happy skin. My skin type is dry and sensitive.
Unexpectedly blown away
I have rosacea that includes the red skin and bumpy texture and I experiment with all different types of products to find the best product for my skin. I bought this unsure of what to expect but because it has a lot of anti -inflammatory ingredients I wanted to give it a chance. This serum completely cleared up my redness and texture in just 2 days!! I didnt expect it to work so well and so fast. I'm going to keep testing it out but I am really impressed
Lasts SO LONG!
I've had this serum since January and its currently June (and it's only just now half empty). Amazing price for how much I got out of it! Blurred out a lot of my oil-shine, also has a really nice subtle scent!
