Glide along your lashline and waterline for defined eyes or draw a dramatic wing for a bold look. To smoke out or smudge, use a pencil brush and blend immediately (liner sets after around 10 seconds). To prevent breakage, be sure not to over-advance the liner.

Cry Baby is perfect for your lower waterline!
Shade "cry baby" is so vibrant and perfect for the lower water line. It brightens your eyes up so much! I love the bright pigmentation and how smooth and easy it is to apply. One coat is perfect! This pairs with the Multi-chrome gel liners so well!
Easy to use, very pigmented
By far the easiest gel eyeliner I've ever used. Incredibly well pigmented, shows up super well on my skin with only one pass through. Will definitely be buying again once I run out.
Does not stay
I got this eyeliner to out in my lower waterline and when i put it in i thiught it looked great. After wearing it for about in hour it wss mostly gone and visably splotchy looking. I had to reapply multiple tike thoughout the day.
