Glide along your lashline and waterline for defined eyes or draw a dramatic wing for a bold look. To smoke out or smudge, use a pencil brush and blend immediately (liner sets after around 10 seconds). To prevent breakage, be sure not to over-advance the liner.

Easy to blend or smudge
I was looking for an easy to blend eyeliner & baaed on the reviews, went for this one. Pros: it really is an easy to blend or smudge, which was the look I wanted sometimes! Cons: -because it is a gel type liner in a tube, the product would come out of tube in a long stick when I first opened it…I did push it carefully back into tube & its been okay since -even though it blends easily, it can ALSO come offf easily! I'm not sure why description says it's waterproof when it's not…It did transfer a bit into my under eye as well Overall, if you want an easy to blend eyeliner, it's this one but keep in mind it doesn't last as long & can smudge away easily
STAY AWAY. SEVERE ALLERGIC REACTION
Do not use this product. It should be removed from the shelf. Like others i had a sever alergic reaction to this eyeliner. My eyes were messed up for 5 days. Severly red and swollen with lots of crusty gunk. Ive never had a reaction from any product like this one. CAUTION: STAY AWAY!!
