Glide along your lashline and waterline for defined eyes or draw a dramatic wing for a bold look. To smoke out or smudge, use a pencil brush and blend immediately (liner sets after around 10 seconds). To prevent breakage, be sure not to over-advance the liner.

Best brown eyeliner I've tried
I've been looking for a good brown liner for tightlining my eyes for weeks, and it took a surprisingly long time to find one that ticked all the right boxes. For some reason, many brands seem to either make their brown eyeliners so dark and cool-toned they might as well be black, or to make the warmer, more mid-toned browns shimmery or glittery, which does not work very well in the waterline. This colourpop one (in the color sunnyvale) is the first one I found that met all four parameters: matte, not too dark, warm orange undertone, and applies well to the waterline. It loses a star for two reasons: one, it wears off of the waterline throughout the day a bit more than I'd like. It's not bad, but I've used eyeliners at the same price point that stuck to the waterline better. Two, the tip is a bit too wide to apply to the lashline all that easily, and since it's an automatic pencil, I can't sharpen it to a finer point.
Meh.
I have never used eyeliner before, so this was an okay and cheap option. However if you want something that lasts I would not recommend this product. It especially doesn't last long in the waterline.
A lovely liner!
I use the white creme liner on my waterline daily and it's never failed me! Perfect application, visible, and really makes my eyes pop. Not bad for someone with watery eye tendencies.
Love These Liners!
As I have gotten older, for some reason, I've had an issue where eyeliner just does not stay on. Even eyeshadow tends to just disappear. I've tried so many brands, and just resigned myself to reapplying a million times a day. Then I noticed ColourPop had these neat multi-colored liners and shadows, they were inexpensive and on sale, and decided to try a whole fistful of options. Now I will wear nothing else, I have purchased numerous backups just in case I run out/the color is discontinued, and the products actually stay on all day. They don't hold up well to crying, but some of it does stay on, and I have never met an eye product that could withstand my tears. Also, the color options are just fun to play around with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
