I use Mara algae oil for my first cleanse now. Has anyone compared this product? I still get occasional blemishes and don't want to aggravate it. But I've been using other Estee Lauder products with the Mara cleansing oil and am happy. But I like this travel friendly package better

good cleanser
It is a good cleanser, but I don't like the smell. It's so strong for me. I used to use Verite LightLotion cleanser as a morning cleanser, unfortunately, Estee Lauder stopped making it. Seems Verite light lotion didn't bring enough profit to the company.

Cleansing balm
I prefer the Banila Co. Clean It Zero over this product. It does a better job at removing mascara and eyeliner. The pink version also doesn't have a strong fragrance like this one.

I like this product, but it is so different than what I am use to. Having my cleanser in balm form takes some getting use to. It does remove the makeup, and I have no complaints, just very different than what I'm use to. I do wonder if this is going to last as long as a gel/lotion cleanser.

This a smooth, gentle cleanser with a very light fragrance. Does a great job removing makeup and rinses easily with warm water. My eyes are really sensitive so I have to be really careful what I use on and around my eyes, but I have no issues with this product.

I bought this first because I wanted something to take off mascara that wasn't liquid when I travel. (You can scoop up a little and put into a light weight plastic travel jar.) I now use it every night to take off everything. It removes eye makeup without tugging. It seems to change consistancy as I add water while massageing it around my face. It does not leave my skin feeling greasy, I might even wash my face with another gentle cleanser to boot or use a toner product after just incase I miss any makeup because I wear alot.
Love this product!
This cleansing balm is so good, it really does clean and makes my skin feel so soft, very nourishing.
