Works good, stains clothes.
I loved the way the gel sets a nice cast. After scrunching the crunch, it leaves nice shiny soft curls. A big disappointment is that I noticed bluish black stains all around the collars of my shirts. I could not get the stains out or figure out what was causing it. I noticed the stains appearing on my microfiber towels I use on my hair when I plop the curls after applying this gel and realized (after ruining lots of dollars worth of clothing and towels), that it was this gel. It is also quite expensive for a small bottle.
Nothing else will do for my hair!

I have been using Tress Effects for over 10 years now. I have tried other products here and there but nothing works as well as the Tress Effects for my curls. I add the product while in the shower and then use diffuser to dry. If it feels too crunchy, I follow up with Ouidad's Pomade to soften the curl. I always have to wear my hair in a pony tail or bun for days 2-3 but seriously, nothing I have ever tried works as well as this gel.

I have used the advanced climate one for 2 years and really love it! This one is just as good. I use it in winter months when humidity isn't a problem.
