Apply using Ouidad's Rake & Shake technique. Divide damp hair into sections. Rake a nickel-size amount of gel through each section, using fingertips to seal and smooth the cuticle from roots to ends. When finished, hold the ends of hair in each section and shake to create curls. Let hair air-dry or blow-dry with a diffuser.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I live in Houston which has 100% humidity almost year round and this product held up beautifully. I was a little skeptical as it is pretty thin as you can see from my photo. I have naturally curly hair and it freezes easily. I used this product a few days ago and as you can see this morning on my way to work my curls still look fresh and bouncy. I just misted my curls and the gel was still holding up. The gel is light and doesn't weigh my hair down. I also don't see flakes on my hair which is great! I highly recommend this product.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This is a lightweight liquid gel that easily distributes throughout the hair. I air dried my hair and the gel held the curl in my hair, but did not entirely tame the flyaways. The curl lasted 2 days. However, my hair felt a little dry and frizzy after use. It may work better with a blow dryer and a diffuser. I also live in a dry environment, in which my hair gets frizzy. This may work better to tame frizz in humid environments. The smell was not strong and it did not feel heavy on the hair.
