Love the velvet!
I decided to use these on my hair when it was wet, damp and dry all overnight. As someone with wavy/curly hair and hair that takes forever to dry, using it on my damp hair was probably my favorite way. When using it on my wet hair, I woke up the next morning with my hair still partially wet, so I di...

Kitsch PLEASE add button clasp
I tried these today and inititially was surprised how well the velvet material holds hair onto rod as you are rolling it up in your hair. But once you try to tighten the ends of rods together to secure it.. it doesnt work. I also tried securing it with a scrunchi but it changed the shape completely ...

Results are good, but securing the rods after rolling your hair up on them is extremely difficult. Wish they came with something to secure them.
Do not stay in hair, even with clips
Reviewed at

I have tried and tried with these rods. I purposely ordered velvet rather than satin so they would be less likely to fall out. I have watched multiple you tube videos and followed all the instructions. I have even tried using a claw type hair clip to hold them in, but they never stay in to even begin to form any kind of wave or movement. They just end up really irritatingly dropping down over the face or down over the shoulders. I have now given up on these. Complete waste of money 😪 1 pack is still unopened.
These Rods Rock❣️

I've been using hot hair tools for several years now and it's time for a change. When I saw these non heating rod curlers/wavers - I ordered it and watched the video. IT WORKS! You can do it too, just need a lil time of practice and you'll get it. Thanks Kitsch❣️🫰🏻

I didn't get the curls I expected. The rods are easy to use though.
Not for thick straight hair
Reviewed at

I bought two sets of these, and am so disappointed. I was really excited about these, but when I got them I realized that they won't work in my long thick straight hair. Whether my hair is wet or dry, or even damp, these slide right out of my hair. I tried using clips to hold them in place, but my hair is too heavy. I think these might be good to straighten super curly hair, but for straight hair, they are no good…at least for thick long straight hair. I just threw away almost $30!
