I got a brand new bottle, when open it looks mid-dark orange, is it oxidized? Or is that the right color? The online pictures look tinted but depending on settings I can't tell if it should be light tinted orange or mid-dark color? Please advise

There’s a disclaimer on the box recommending to keep the product out of sunlight. I recently bought this product. While I like it, i was shocked to look online after leaving the store to see it is much much less expensive through the actual brand. Or virtually any other place than ulta. Buy elsewhere. This price gouging actually turned me off of ulta.

Expensive, NOT as effective as C+E+Ferulic Acid...
I purchased this ONCE from Ulta a few years back. I found this product to be unremarkable. I then shifted to serums that include Vitamin C+E+Ferulic Acid, which has greater benefits than C alone but is much more expensive. I eventually tired of the high cost of all these products. I now just make my own C+E+Ferulic Acid! Most women don't realize that the combination of C+E+Ferulic Acid is the key to the best results. Vitamin C is good as an antioxidant, it brightens the skin, reduces hyperpigmentation, and stimulates collagen production. Vitamin E is also an antioxidant that moisturizes and nourishes the skin's barrier to protect the skin from environmental damage and has anti-aging properties. Ferulic Acid is a plant-based antioxidant that stabilizes Vitamin C and Vitamin E by enhancing their effectiveness and extending their shelf life of the product. Either way, I will never go back to buying any of these products; my DIY C+E+Ferulic is superior at a very low cost!

I just received on a special order. It's nice, easily absorbs. As others have said, the pump doesn't work. I use a wand to get it out of the bottle. I can feel it's tightening. I hope it helps. I'll update
