Our Toleriane Purifying Foaming Face Wash for Oily Skin is designed to effectively cleanse and purify the skin, removing excess oil, dirt, and makeup. For many, especially those with oily skin, this foaming cleanser can be used very effectively on its own as a single cleansing step. However, if you wear heavy makeup, waterproof products, or sunscreen daily, we often recommend a "double cleansing" method. In this approach, you would first use an oil-based cleanser or micellar water to break down and remove makeup, sunscreen, and impurities, followed by a water-based cleanser like our Toleriane Purifying Foaming Face Wash to deeply cleanse the skin and remove any remaining residue. So, while the Purifying Foaming Face Wash is powerful enough to be used by itself, incorporating an oil cleanser beforehand can provide an even more thorough cleanse, especially on days when your skin needs it most!Was this answer helpful to you

This product sounded like it was the one for me. Wrong. I felt like I was washing my face with tap water. No foam whatsoever. I even attempted to use extra to see if it made a difference. Negative. I felt like it didn't clean my face at all. Most toners do better.
