I enjoy this conditioner and would recommend it, however….
I recommend using a clarifying shampoo alongside this product. My hair was adapting to the castor oil and would look a bit greasy by day 2 (non wash day). Clarifying shampoo or scalp treatment has helped and I dont experience the greasy-ness. Overall a good product and keeps my hair smooth and curls in tact!

Hair Type Very Curly Hair
Me and my two daughters all have different hair textures and curl patterns. We all absorb moisture differently but regardless of our differences I am able to use this product on all of our heads. YAY us! No more keeping track of whose product is low or taking up 3x the cabinet space. This one product does it all. Great at moisturizing dry hair.

I have used this shampoo for over 15 years, along with the leave in conditioner. My hair and scalp loved the old formula. The ingredients and my hair's reaction to them have changed for the worse. I recommended this strengthen grow and restore line of Shea moisture hair care to many people throughout the aforementioned time frame. Unfortunately I can no longer stand by my previous opinion. I will discard all that I have. ( I'm stocked up) So the search begins again.
Saved my dry frizzy hair this winter!
Hair Type Straight Hair
I have long straight hair with a slight wave, moderate thickness. My hair was bone dry and frizzy for months this winter and I was using cheap shampoo/conditioner to save money. I remembered loving this years ago, so I decided to buy it again because i was getting so fed up with my dry feeling hair. After one use my hair is soft again and sleek/shiny looking. No residue, no weird feeling, nothing negative I could say. I love this product!
Amazing
I have fine hair and a dry scalp, i have lots of broken hair from bleaching too much, this stuff feels amazing, smells amazing, helps my scalp clear up, makes the broken frizzy hairs not noticable, and helps my hair hold curl- 10/10 obsessed!
