Shake well before use. Sweep pen along lash line. Use the tip of the pen to create a thin, clean line. For a thick, bold line, position pen at an angle and apply with slightly more pressure. Build to intensify color. Store horizontally for best performance.

Great liner
Like it as rarely smears. I am quite oily so a little did smear off but not really noticeable. So I would purchase again.
Not for sensitive eyes, low staying power.
While other Stila products were fine, this caused eyelids to swell and did not last after testing with different primers/powder/shadow/solo. Nice color brown but not with the price even on sale. Going back to Fenty's liquid liner.
Pricey but great
I feel like it should last longer before drying and running out, but its still a great product. Long lasting, definitely will not fade off your eyes
Amazing for beginners
I bought this as well as the micro tip liner duri my 21 days of beauty as I haven't tried either before and when they came in the mail I realized all I needed was this one because it's so beginner friendly you can make your liner thin or thick with it and the liquid is perfect with the way it comes out. I would not purchase the microtip as i and others have experienced that product to be very drying this one (regular tip) is best
Would not buy again
Not a fan of the felt tip. I have trip tips that are brushes and like them much better. There was plenty of liner in it, but it goes on very differently as opposed to a brush with a fine tip. Some may like it, I prefer the brush.
