BAD DREAMS
I usually take the other sleep supplements, but wanted to give these a try. I took these on four different occasions and every time I had the worst nightmares/bad dreams. I do not recommend these.
Never ever again
This product has traumatized me from ALL sleep-helping products/supplements. I took these 3 separate times (all in a matter of 2.5 weeks) and every single time it was a bad experience. first, everytime after taking them id end up feeling SO ITCHY after about 15/20 minutes of havign them in my system & this happened every time i took them. 2. as someone who dreams often but never ever dreams of bad dreams/nightmares i infact had a nightmare every single time i took them (and the 3rd time was the craziest, most real feeling and TRAUMATIC dream of all time.) - i woke up and was afraid to go back to sleep so yea never again.
finally able to get some rest
this is the first thing that's allowed me to get a full, restful 8 hours of sleep for the first time in months. possibly years. prior to this, i'd either sleep maybe 2.5-3 hours in a row only, or sleep 5ish hours and wake up half a dozen times throughout. i'm shocked these worked the way they claimed. i had the recommended two the first night, and got 8 hours of truly peaceful sleep. thought it was a fluke maybe but tried them again the next night and same thing: 8 hours of sleep. i've taken them for 5 nights now and just about to finish the 7 day supply i bought to test out and will be purchasing the bottle immediately. i like that these don't knock you out, in the event of an emergency. i've woken up a couple of times here and there to use the restroom or turn off an alarm, etc. but i'm always able to go right back to sleep, another thing i was definitely not able to do before. so grateful to have found these gummies.

Awful Nightmares
For context, i never have dreams, nor have i ever written a review for a product ever in my life, but i feel so strongly about this product in a real bad way. these gummies gave me the most vivid, awful nightmares that borderline traumatised me. Do not buy these gummies.
