While I like the idea of these, they didn't seem to do much for me besides stick to the roof of my mouth instead of my tongue. They are thicker than breath freshening strips and take some time (and patience) to dissolve. The lemon flavor was OK, but it made it negatively impacted the taste of my foo...

These work great at helping me relax at night before bed. Sometimes my mind just won't stop going and these strips help. I love how convenient they are. The ONLY thing i would change is the flavor. They remind me of bitter lemon iced tea. They aren't as tart as I hoped they would be. Not a fan of the flavor but I can get past it since they work.

After trying the Calm Quick Melt Strips I have come to rely on them when I feel myself starting to get worked up. As a mom of 3 that works a full time job, daily life gets a little crazy at times running from practice to practice and school pickups. More often than not I find my stress level rising during the crazy afternoon/evening activities. The Calm strips help take the edge off and give that little bit of chill that I need to make it through the high stress times. Within a few minutes I feel myself being more level headed, not as stressed, and calmer. I like that each strip is individually wrapped which makes it easy to put a strip in my purse. The strips don't necessarily melt the fastest, but are usually melted within a minute or so. They do stick to the top of your mouth so you have to be careful of that. The flavor could be better, the taste is herb like with a bit of a sweet citrus flavor as well. The flavor definitely takes a little getting used to but isn't terrible. The benefits definitely outweigh the odd taste in my opinion. I will be adding these to my normal order for sure!
