these hit like a tranquilizer dart
Amazing
After trying these, im a sugar bear FAN. This is by far the best sleep gummy. It is delicious and doesnt make you feel sleepy in the morning. I sleep peacefully and dont have weird dreams. Im so serious, its always my number one product
Effective
I got these in a conscious beauty pack by Ulta and I was more interested in the hair gummies as I generally keep a regular sleep cycle. I grind my teeth at night though and i do toss about, and sometimes i have figity legs at night, so i tried these to see if theyd help with any of that, and yes they do. They make me feel sleepy within ten minutes of taking one and I toss less when i am sleeping. Occasionally, i still get restless legs but they don't keep me awake when i take these and i still grind my teeth but its less than i do when i dont take them. I can say they do work as they will put you to sleep. And I wake up without any residual effects as well. I get up and have some tea and get right into my morning yoga no problem 👍👌
What sorcery is in these?
After all the different melatonin brands ive tried, these are the only ones that have worked. I took ONE and slept for 13 hours straight. I havent slept this good since before i had a child. Idk what sorcery they put in this, but lemme tell you, it works.

Im not sure if it is the "HRT" supplement added to it that has adverse effects on me personally, but my mind actually seems to be more awake after taking these before bed. I do have an easy time falling asleep after taking these but will wake up about 3 hours later and my mind will be absolutely racing and it's impossible for me to fall back asleep fully. As for the flavor- I actually liked it lol, it is super sour, like straight citric acid tasting. Overall I wont probably be sticking with these, if SB realeased a version eithout the HRT i would try it just to see if that changes my opinion but for now ill stick to my Olly!
