Vacation Shimmer Oil SPF 30 Sunscreen

I bought this in July and have only used it twice. Twice I have broken out in hot itchy hives on the insides of my arms that took several days of topical steroids to relieve. Ive never had allergic reactions to anything so it didn't occur to me the first time it happened. Additionally the shimmer is too much; more for the 20something set.
