I've been trying out the Clinique UV Solutions Hydrating Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF50 for the past week and so far I'm liking it. The texture is very nice and hydrating and doesn't feel heavy on my skin. The scent is typical sunscreen smell and from what I noticed it doesn't leave a white cast in my medium tan skin tone. The sunscreen layered well with my dry skin type skincare and it hasn't stung my sensitive eye area. I haven'tried the sunscreen under makeup as I don't really wear much makeup but I'm guessing it'll play nicely with my emolient face makeup too. It feels like a light, comfortable moisturizer that hydrates my skin without any greasy or heavy feeling. It absorbs quickly, leaving no white cast. I really enjoy the clean, fresh scent. I'm very picky with my sunscreens. My main issues are always eye irritation and white cast. This SPF passed with flying colors. I have darker skin and it left absolutely no white cast after application. just the opposite, it felt more like a moisturizer than a normal spf. It was lightweight, left no flaking or residue and blended very smoothly with all my skincare. No irritation, no watery eyes are a major plus. I really loved this spf and have it using it for daily use after skincare. It is smooth but non greasy, so it all worked beautifully under foundations and cc/bb creams. It's an okay sunscreen. It's not as hydrating as I expected and it dries down pretty fast. There's also a very subtle white cast, so I don't think it works for all skin tones. That said, I do like the glow it gives—very shiny and radiant if that's your thing. Overall, I wouldn't really recommend it if you need moisture, but the glow is a plus.
