Definitely has SPF
I like vacation products typically but I just feel like someone dropped the ball a bit on thinking this out. It is very lightweight if you are the kind of person that doesnt like a thick or sticky lip. Because of that though, it comes out of the ( giant) hole applicator too quickly and you end up putting way too much on. It doesnt really layer up either because its so thin so the extra just falls off onto the sides of your lip and in your mouth. In my mind, a SPF lipbalm should be just thick enough that you can layer a good amount of it to ensure youre using enough product to even get the proper amount of SPF protection. This product also basically tastes how it smells, its tolerable (for me) but I end up wanting to use less product so im not tasting suncreen smell. Living somewhere with high UV I need to trust in my SPF and unfortunately I dont trust this one.

Tastes bad, super watery and the applicator is a…hole? I love this brand but ill be returning this item asap. Left my lips more dry than before.
Loved the concept, hated the taste
Even though there's not a distinct flavor when applying this, there's a chemical taste that gets into your mouth shortly after applying and lingers. It's not pleasant and takes away from the SPF benefit. I would not recommend.
Sunscreen aftertaste for hours!
Smells and tastes good at first but after a few minutes you can taste the sunscreen and it doesn't go away. Its AWFUL!
