Love the formula, okay coverage
I've been trying this Clinique UV Solutions brightening & tinted SPF50 for a little over two weeks now and I have mixed opinions. (To note I have normal to dry skin) I really like the texture and consistency of the product, it's very thin and almost liquidy but I think that is why it applies so well...

Not the best for everyday wear.
Product is thick and greasy. Leaves heavy shine. Colors are a bit too pigmented for only having a few to choose from. I tried two different colors and neither looked good, either too light or too dark. I eas hoping for a light everyday wear tinted sunscreen, but I would onky use this for doing yard work. I had to return the first one I purchased (online purchase) because the color was too dark. I exchanged thr product in store for the shade lighter. When I got home it was a bit too light but I figured I could add some bronzer. When tried rhe product out it was heavy, thick, and greasy and left an awful shine. I am on thr oiler side with my skin so people who sre very dry might like it? I did give it to my 16 year old to try and see if she likes it and she had the same complaints, though the color matched her a bit better.
Not awesome
I used the Ulta online feature to see what tone to purchase and it was not accurate, but it just looks a bit like i got a spray tan. It makes my face look very oily and my pores look large, im hoping i dont break out. Applies fine with a sponge but not with fingers because its too thick and sticky. I was really looking forward to this so i can shift away from foundation since i work outside and i figured i could reapply as needed, but that would make the pigment far too orange. I decided to put a light layer under my normal redness solutions foundation and it works okay. Not sure if i will try a lighter shade yet because its expensive and i want to make sure i dont break out.

First, Love the matte version of this. I bought this to replace the Moisture Surge Sheertint but it does not. There isn't any color correction and it feels greasy when applied.
Oily skin, with multiple breakouts
Left my skin extremely oily and broke out everywhere. Not worth the money.
Just bring back Pep Start!!!
I used Pep Start for YEARS as my sun-protecting sheer alternatige to foundation. I hoped this was the company's version of a replacement but its not. No dewy sheer finish. Its very thick and waxy. Without changing anything else in my skin routine, my skin is now dry and starting to get flaky, like it does with any mineral sunscreen. So uncomfortable. Does not look or feel good. There was nothing wrong with pep start! Just bring it back. I used it every single day - for years, religously - and never once had an unpleasant reaction. Why fix or replace something that wasn't broken?
