Features
- Arctic Fox Poseidon is a vibrant, medium true blue so make some serious waves with this mythical shade.
- For the most vivid results, this oceanic color should be applied to hair that has been pre-lightened to a cool-toned level 8 or lighter.
- Always do a patch and strand test before coloring.
Because everyone's hair is different, do the strand test and see the result of the color before full application. A patch test is also recommended to confirm you're not allergic.
Step 1: Shampoo and dry hair thoroughly. Do NOT use conditioner.
Step 2: Use coconut oil (or petroleum jelly) around hairline and on ears to prevent staining of the skin (optional).
Step 3: Remove bottle cap and inner seal.
Step 4: Wear protective gloves for application and pour desired amount into bowl.
Step 5: Apply color evenly with color brush. Begin at the root of the hair and work it evenly through to the ends. Start nape of the neck and work upwards through the head and be sure to completely saturate the hair shaft.
Step 6: Place a plastic cap over the hair and leave color on for at least 1/2 hour or more. Arctic Fox hair color will NOT damage your hair and has added conditioner, so leaving it on for longer will not hurt a thing.
Step 7: Rinse hair in tepid water thoroughly, until the water runs clear. For the first rinse, do not rinse hair while showering! Best bet is to rinse in the kitchen sink with cold water.
To prevent color bleeding make sure hair is completely dry before sleeping.

The best I've found so far
I have been using arctic fox for almost a year now. I have used to it maintain my hair in various shades of blue, purple, pink, and turquoise. I switched over from overtone because it was staining my hair, esp the dark blue. Arctic fox does not do this, but it also needs to be refreshed a bit more...

VIRGIN BLONDES - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE !!!!
This product was an absolute nightmare ! Used this on my VIRGIN, all natural & very healthy dark ash blonde hair, from mid length to ends for a cool ombré effect. The color never washed out and it's been 8 months. I've tried multiple chelating shampoos, dandruff shampoo, the vitamin c treatment, etc...

So far so good
I've used purple af on my lid and ginger flame on myself. Great color saturation, fades nicely, and doesn't damage hair. I don't love the grape smell tho.
Something has changed…
I've been using Arctic Fox for years. The colors are vibrant and it doesn't damage your hair. Even though the color is semipermanent, i would really only need to touch up my color every 2-3 weeks. I have used almost every color they sell. I don't know what they changed, but maybe for the past year or so, the color fades extremely quickly. After just two washes, my hair will be significantly faded. I am very careful (as i have always been) with my haircare routine and what I use on my hair. Very disappointed. Looking for other options. I cant afford, nor do i have the time, to color my elhair once a week.
my holy grail
this is my holy grail hair dye 🙏 ive used other brands and this one lasts the longest without fading into an ugly color. i love mixing wrath and virgin pink into a gorgeous reddish magenta 🩷
Wonderful product
Wonderful color! Made my hair feels so healthy would highly recommend this brand the colors stay and don't fade fast.
love it
For over a year now, I've been using wrath on my underside highlights. I had to bleach my hair for it to show, (i have virgin black hair) but I only lifted it to a light brown/dark blonde, and this dye conditions my hair whenever I use it so it keeps it healthy without breakage. I only have to let it sit for about 10-15 minutes but I am sure all of this can vary on hair type and texture. I have thick curly hair that I regularly straighten and the heat has not effected the color, and its super vibrant. It stains the sink and tub but its dye, so its expected, I can easily remove the stain with a little acetone. The 8floz bottle lasted a really long time for me. I have also tried manic panic and it does not last as long and my hair looks more damaged and feels more damaged with that brand. I will be sticking to artic fox:)
