Use Before Shampooing: Remove cap. Use applicator tip to part detangled hair, exposing the scalp. Squeeze tube to dispense scrub directly onto scalp. Gently massage to distribute scrub throughout entire scalp. Rinse thoroughly. Follow with Mielle Rosemary Mint Strengthening Shampoo and Rosemary Mint Strengthening Conditioner.

Use before you wash your hair. It does not strip color that I have noticed but it does help remove oils and impurities from the hair with the sugar scrub. It seems very effective and definitely help with my scalp health.

I've tried scalp scrubs before and never noticed a difference after using but this scrub had a great applicator that allowed me to part my hair and apply directly onto the scalp. It did a great job removing product buildup from my scalp that would have definitely caused major dandruff. It had a nice cooling effect when applied and rinsed out easily and fully. I love using this once or twice a week depending on how much styling products I used but it's definitely a staple in my hair care journey.

This smells so good, literally so lightly minty and sweet. I do feel like it cleans my scalp a bit more thoroughly than regular shampoo. It's nice to have a tip to apply more directly to the scalp.

This product is good however the packs or bottle needs changed 😪 my whole bottle leaked in the lid and now I can't get it out almost half the bottle went to waste 😞
