Use Before Shampooing: Remove cap. Use applicator tip to part detangled hair, exposing the scalp. Squeeze tube to dispense scrub directly onto scalp. Gently massage to distribute scrub throughout entire scalp. Rinse thoroughly. Follow with Mielle Rosemary Mint Strengthening Shampoo and Rosemary Mint Strengthening Conditioner.

This doesn't help with flakes. It's hard to get it throughout the hair. It doesn't have enough texture to really do anything. I really wanted to love this but I'll pass.

The rosemary mint clarified sugar scalp scrub was great! It had a nice mint salon smell. It scrubbed my scalp great. It was easy to since out too unlike some I have tried. Great product!

The smell is great, and so is it's intention. I had high hopes for this because I use a lot of product in my hair. There's not a lot of product in the bottle so it won't last long if you have thick hair. I also feel like it did the opposite of what it's supposed to do, and left my hair feeling greasy and weighed down even after 2 shampoos.

I've been wanting a scalp scrub for the longest time and this definitely came in at the right time! I liked the packaging that the applicator can be used directly on the scalp. The scrub itself is not too coarse nor too fine. It didn't irritate or hurt my scalp! My scalp felt refreshed from product build up and oily-ness for a few days.
