Use Before Shampooing: Remove cap. Use applicator tip to part detangled hair, exposing the scalp. Squeeze tube to dispense scrub directly onto scalp. Gently massage to distribute scrub throughout entire scalp. Rinse thoroughly. Follow with Mielle Rosemary Mint Strengthening Shampoo and Rosemary Mint Strengthening Conditioner.

Personally I'm not a huge fan of fan I found it hard to squeeze out of the bottle to put into my hair and the texture was kind of hard to rub around in my hair I do think it definitely clarified my hair but it was a long process for me to get there

I love the rosemary line so the scent is amazing however the product itself is okay. I felt like the texture was a little rougher than other products that I generally use. I have thick 3C hair and this was too much for me personally.

Super cheap and affordable. 10/10 product. I have had such bad dandruff for as long as I can remember. Nothing helped get rid of the flakiness except for this product. Im currently on day 3 with no shampoo and I havent felt the need to scratch and there are ZERO flakes which is typically unusual for me. I have been to the dermatologist and used prescription shampoos, and medicines and nothing has worked quite like this product. This is going to be used in my weekly hair care routine from now on!

So first and foremost it was hard to use at first because the nozzle made it hard to squeeze out the good stuff. The scrub itself work great. I saw a decrease in my dandruff and a increase in a healthier scalp. It did have a minty smell which was okay. I would use it again if given the opportunity.

Use before you wash your hair. It does not strip color that I have noticed but it does help remove oils and impurities from the hair with the sugar scrub. It seems very effective and definitely help with my scalp health.
