- Q
How often is it recommended to use? Everyday? Every other day?
- Asked by Noa
- Official Answer By KITSCH - Brand EngageThe Rice Water Shampoo Bar can be used daily or every other day, depending on your hair’s needs. If your hair is weak, damaged, or needs strengthening, regular use (even daily) can help improve shine, texture, and elasticity thanks to the amino acids and vitamins in rice water. However, if you have porous, protein-sensitive, or chemically treated hair (like color-treated hair), it’s best to use it every other day or a few times a week to avoid protein buildup, which can make hair feel dry or brittle. Was this answer helpful to you

When shampooing I often accidentally have water run down my face, but I noticed this has a warning not to get it in the lip area. Will anything bad happen to me if I accidentally get it on my lips?
- Asked by Lazy
- Official Answer By KITSCH - Brand EngageIf a small amount of the Rice Water Protein Hair Shampoo Bar accidentally gets on your lips, it shouldn't cause any harm. However, it’s best to avoid getting it in the lip area as the formula is meant for hair and might be drying or irritating to sensitive skin, like that on your lips. Was this answer helpful to you

What's the pH of this shampoo? I have overactive keratin production which causes my hair strands to be textured-- would this be a good product to use for this?
- Asked by Kitsune
- Official Answer By KITSCH - Brand EngageThe Rice Water Protein Shampoo Bar has a pH of approximately 5.5, which is gentle and scalp-friendly. Since it’s infused with strengthening rice water protein, it may help support hair health, but if you have overactive keratin production, the added protein could potentially make your hair feel more textured. Is this rice water shampoo product safe for colored hair?
- Asked by Doglover
- Official Answer By KITSCH - Brand EngageIf you have porous, protein-sensitive, or chemically treated hair (such as colored hair), you might want to limit the use of Rice Water Shampoo and Conditioner. In such cases, the hair is more porous and prone to protein overload, which could make your hair feel brittle, dry, or heavy. Best change I've ever made!

At first I was worried since I've never used a solid soap on my hair but I am SO GLAD that I gave it a go. This was the best choice I've ever made and I wish I was joking. I will never go back to any other shampoo and conditioner brands

AMAZING RESULTS
Reviewed at

Oh my goodness! I must admit I was a bit skeptical, but I was also desperate. I'm 70. My hair was lifeless, dull, thinning, haggard looking 😔. I could tell a difference after the very first use. Now after 2 weeks, my hair is vibrant, full, shining, feels thicker. 🤗. It's a hair miracle!! I'm totally sold on this product and would encourage anyone who is hesitant to get it and experience your own hair rejuvenation.
