Smoother skin with matte finish
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I've been using the Elizabeth Arden retinol + HPR ceramide capsules for a few weeks now and the texture of my skin seems a lot smoother and tone a lot more even. The formula is SO soft on the skin with a matte finish. These little capsules hold a lot of the product, which I love because I only require one to cover my face and neck each night. I will say though, at 43 years old my skin has lost a lot of luminosity, so although many may prefer this matte finish, I personally prefer greasing my face up & going to bed shiny. So I think I'll stick to my other retinol over this one. If you're someone with more oily skin you'll love this product because it won't add to that!

I love Elizabeth Arden because it's such a timeless, nostalgic brand. I was very excited to get this product. I naturally gravitate toward these capsule type products as well, since they help ensure the correct amount of product and are amazing to travel with! The small amount goes the distance, and the product feels smooth and rich, melting into the skin flawlessly! I haven't had any issues with dryness while using this product and am excited to see the results.
