I have some chronic pain issues and use this product. I wake up in the middle of the night in pain and rub this on my arms, collarbone, legs and neck. Within a couple of minutes my pain is gone and I can get back to sleep. I have given this to my granddaughters for the Menstrual Cramps as well. We ALL LOVE IT!! Thank you
