Official Answer By Rael - Brand Engage
Yes, you can wear Rael heating patches while sleeping! Always place the patch on top of underwear or clothing, never directly on skin. Avoid using it on the same spot for too long to reduce risk of irritation or overheating. Follow the usage time on the package (up to about 8 hours). Was this answer helpful to you

The product provides warmth so while it can take an "edge off" it will not replace pain medication by itself if you have moderate to severe cramps. I recommend using it along with an over the counter medication for best results if that's the case.

I grab these over my heating pad now. Heating pad always makes me over heat during the night but this is comfy. Also i know youre not supposed to wear longer than 8 hours but the heat literally lasts forever and doesnt unstick like it stays where you stick it.
