It's ok
I try using it at work since my cramps are terrible, and I'm on my feet all day. I could barely feel any heat, but now, on my day off, I can feel it when I'm sitting down and not doing much. I guess it's somewhat work
Immediate relief
I usually have very heavy periods, and every now and then I get unbearable pain. It definitely relieves the pain, and I absolutely love it ☀️⭐️ because it helps with odor and discomfort, allowing me to go about my day.
