Use spatula provided to scoop a small amount of cleansing balm onto dry hands then gently massage onto your dry face and eyes until makeup is fully dissolved. Add a little water to emulsify the oil and rinse face with lukewarm water.

I have pale, dry, super sensitive skin, and easily prone to breakouts. I wear a moderate amount of makeup; it's mostly eye makeup (eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara), tinted moisturizer, and lipstick. Not great
Does not take off makeup easily. A positive is that it has no fragrance but there are producta that work better for the same or lower price.
Pretty good - but with caveats
Unfortunately for this cleansing balm, I tried it after using beauty of josean which is a hard act to follow! I almost returned it or gave it away after trying it for the first time. It has a strong smell and burns your eyes which sucks because i use waterproof mascara. That said, the balm itself does a good job of removing makeup and rinses clean. I appreciate the added bha/aha blend - but since i tend to double cleanse - it just doesnt do much for me unless im exhausted and this is my only facewash before bed.
My favorite cleansing balm!
Handsdown my favorite cleansing balm! Gets my light makeup & mascara off no issues. If I wear waterproof mascara, I do use a little more to make sure its fully gone. My skin feels soft before my 2nd cleanse. I wear contacts & unfortunately, it does leave my eyes a little hazy but i don't know a cleansing balm that doesnt.
Definitely worth it!
I loved this product, it removes makeup and emulsifies really well without leaving skin feeling coated. I just dont prefer a balm for removing oil plugs, excellent exclusively for makeup removal tho!
THE BEST MAKEUP REMOVER EVER
Obsessed!! I have used this for years and every time I see it is on sale, I buy multiple because this is a product I will ALWAYS need more of! It doesn't dry my skin and it removes my makeup way easier than any remover I've tried.
