Great for Beginners

I have never tried a cleansing balm like the Banila line. There are four different types of balms in the line, and currently are formulated to suit different skin concerns. I used each for 3 days. The first one, Clean It Zero Original (pink bottle), is an unscented balm that applies easily. It rem...

I have pale, dry, super sensitive skin, and easily prone to breakouts. I wear a moderate amount of makeup; it's mostly eye makeup (eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara), tinted moisturizer, and lipstick. I normally use micellar water and Target cotton rounds to remove my makeup. However, this method was lea...

Gentle, effective cleanser

I was looking to replace a cleansing butter that has gotten significantly harder to find and therefore had skyrocketed in price. I loved how my previous cleanser was gentle enough to use to remove even waterproof makeup, with zero sting. Well, this ZERO fits the bill. I've found my new go to cleanser.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

Initially loved, it went bad too soon

I loved this product initially — removed makeup well, cleansed skin, not greasy. And then at like 6-10 months it smelled gross and clearly went bad. I looked it up, this is a "clean" brand that doesnt use any parabens and obviously their preservative system is insufficient. What a bummer. With preservatives that work, would be a great product but i dont consider putting moldy or rancid stuff on my skin to be "clean." Elf version works better.

Absolutely fantastic product! Melts off everything and I do heavy makeup. Doesnt strip the skin and its actually faster than using micellar water. Absolute must try

HOLY GRAIL makeup balm

No makeup balm takes off my waterproof mascara the way this one does. My makeup melts off so easily and it leaves my skin feeling so clean I don't feel the need to double cleanse. It also doesn't leave any weird residues which is a plus! I have dry acne-prone skin and haven't had any bad reactions with this balm.

Does not take off makeup easily. A positive is that it has no fragrance but there are producta that work better for the same or lower price.
