Use spatula provided to scoop a small amount of cleansing balm onto dry hands then gently massage onto your dry face and eyes until makeup is fully dissolved. Add a little water to emulsify the oil and rinse face with lukewarm water.

Very hydrating cleansing balm!
I am officially in love with this balm. It melts my makeup right off in one try. It also hydrates my very dry skin! A huge win.

Ive been needing something to melt my makeup off for so long and I feel so passionate about this balm i need to say something. First of all you put it on and its so smooth, feels so soft but not greasy thankfully. I rub it in and the formula spreads way faster than i thought so hopefully this jar will last me longer im sure. Before i know it my makeup is melting and my lash is on my chin 😅 This is great!! I felt so clean and refreshed after. And for sensitive skin girlies, i have cystic acne. This is amazing. It spreads sooo smoothly. It's thick enough to massage for a while without drying out. After massaging for a bit it felt like some larger sebum came out. After adding water it became even more smooth. No harsh smell, and removed makeup well.

This didn't do a great job of melting off my makeup as other brands have. I had to wash a 2nd time. I gave it a shot and I'm going to return it. It might work for someone else but not for me.
