Out of an abundance of caution you can wear this 2-4 hours before bed and then remove it before you use your CPAP. The mask should go clear within 3 hours and is then OK to remove. I washed my face and applied the full glass skin line by Peach and Lily. (Ginger Melt Cleansing Oil, Glass Skin Face Polisher, Glass Skin Refining Serum, Glass Skin Veil Mist) the I put the mask in for the reccomended 3 hours. Everything seemed okay while wearing it and then within an hour of taking...

Absoulety wonderful
49yrs young, always wearing spf but love sun kissed skin. I have combination skin with hormonal (cystic) acne. My skin is noticeably better after introducing P&L products including their Retinal, glass serum and barrier restore. This mask is 100% worth it. I doubt I could sleep in it but it's easy to wear it while doing housework/ laundry etc. It does take a few min to setup & you may need to adjust to start but it will 'lock in'. The ones I've received are plenty wet with lots of prouduct...using the excess in the pouch on the back of my hands, neck and décolletage. Picture is at the 2hr mark, the eye areas are not clear because I double stack the eye hole 'punch outs' for my under eye area.
Bad Forehead Sizing
Couldn't even use it, the forehead piece was WAY too large. Went a good two inches into my hairline.

Life saver
I have used these occasionally over tbe last year snd have always loved the results. Price was always a drawback but would always wake up with glowing, glass skin. Recently I was diagnosed with an extremely painful nerve condition in my face snd aside from medicafion, these masks are one if the few things that bring me relief. Nice, cool constant pressure. Horrible condition but i have the best skin!
