This product has been saving my life NO JOKE. If you get period cramps and back pain during your period, YOU. NEED. THIS. It is basically like a cute version of icy hot. I think what steps it up a little is the roller balls where the product comes out of. The roller balls make it easy to spread the product around in a smooth layer on the skin. For this a little goes a long way. You do not need too much, but you can pretty much place it any where on the body. I have been loving this on my lower back since that is the area I get a lot of pain in during my period. Also call me crazy but I really like the smell. It smells like icy hot/vicks vaporub but I also get the hints of ginger as well. It is a nice cooling scent and the product itself feels cool as well.
