Smells wonderful. Works well, but not for long. I get about an hour of relief after use. It does tend to tame cramps from there but still have to use a heating pad and or take meds. Life saver
I have really painful period cramps, and this has made such a difference. It provides noticeable relief and helps me get through the day. I've even started using it for back pain, and it's been one of the only things that helps enough for me to function. I highly recommend it!
Grab for on the go!
I was pleasantly surprised by this roll-on! It goes on smoothly, has a cooling sensation that helps take the edge off my cramps, and is easy to throw in my bag for relief on the go. While it doesn't completely eliminate the pain, it definitely provides enough relief to make a difference, especially when I can't use a heating pad.
