Warm into the palms and then massage over the face, neck and décolleté with light circular massage movements. Moisten fingertips and continue to massage. Burns eyes, use Remedy instead
Save your money and eyes. I don't understand the hype. Product burns eyes and is overpriced. I recently found my new fav in Remedy (dark blue twist bottle). It works amazingly and also turns into a milky liquid once you add water. I used Farmacy for years and I still love that one too.
Maybe worth it
I really wanted to like this so bad but it made me break out like crazy and I tried letting my skin get used to it but I just couldn't do it. My skin isn't prone to breakouts so I dont know what happened. I even gave my skin a break and tried it again a few months later and it happened again so sadly I don't know but everyone else seems to like it
The Best Ever
I was introduced to Elemis on a cruise ship in 2001, and found it to be the best. I still use this. The Marine Creme is also a great product. Makes my complexion clean and soft.
Great cleansing balm but absolutely NOT worth full price
The cleansing balm works great and feels nice. It removes all of my makeup easily. The black cherry scent is definitely polarizing - it smells like a Yankee candle to me. But it is absolutely not worth seventy two dollars - that's an insane price and it is not worth that at all. It does not work any better than balms half the price.
Love original scent but not the cherry scent
I love the original scent of this cleansing balm, but I had an allergic reaction on my eyes with this cherry scented one. I used the balm at night to remove my makeup and woke up the next morning with swelling to both my eyelids. I did not have this reaction with the original scent or the rose scent. I do recommend this balm, but not the cherry scent if you have sensitive skin.
