Warm into the palms and then massage over the face, neck and décolleté with light circular massage movements. Moisten fingertips and continue to massage. Remove with a warm, damp cotton cleansing cloth. For an intensely nourishing treatment, you can also use this product as a facial mask. Balm may melt when warm but re-sets perfectly when cooled. Avoid contact with eyes.

Meh
Disappointed. I have been using clean it zero for a couple years and just wanted to try something new. This does not work for me. It doesn't remove eye liner/mascara/lip stain.
Burned my eyes
I used one night. My eyes were burning and my skin felt irritated after. Not sure if I'll use it another night or just return.

Absolutely the best Cleansing Balm in the market. There is no other makeup cleansig balm removes especially the mascara like this one. Little bit goes a long way. Smells like spa and feels so good after you wash your face. Unfortunetly extremly expensive. I only buy ot when it goes on a sale which it doesn't happen often.
This is horrible!
It's hard to work into the skin, didnt effectively remove makeup, the scent is overpowering, it burned and irritated my skin. I'm surprised at all the positive reviews.
Over Hyped & Priced
I purchased a holiday set because it was a good way to see what the buzz is all about. This is my first step in a double-cleanse routine. It did a fine job removing my non-waterproof makeup, but IMO it's not any better than some of the other, much less expensive brands out there. I have no problem spending money on luxury products if they're a game-changer, but for me, it is not. Any, I would think any skin care/moisturizing benefits that it may have would be washed away when I do my second wash. The black-cherry scent is strong and smells like a cheap candle.
