Prime wet hair with Pomegranate & Honey Leave-In Conditioner before styling. Optional: for best results, apply Mielle Mint Almond Oil after priming while hair is still wet. This will provide added conditioning and help to reduce potential flaking. Define curls by applying Coil Sculpting Custard to dripping wet hair. Divide hair into small sections and apply generously, fingering the product through making sure to coat the strands evenly.

Twist Game Changer
Bought this about a month ago. My daughter wanted to wear twists. She has long thick bushy hair that tangles very quickly and her shrinkage is unbelievable. The coil sculpting custard is a game changer. She can now wear twists and twist outs and have hang time with no tangles!

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Mielle Pomegranate & Honey Coil Sculpting Custard is a great product to help you define your cups and coils. It smells absolutely amazing and I love this Mielle is a black owned brand. Who better to know the products best suited for our hair texture than someone that has our hair texture. The custard is bouncy like a jelly feel to it. It is thick but not too thick that it will leave your hair feeling heavy. I enjoyed this product to help define while leaving your hair soft.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I've been using this product for a long time & really like it. A little goes a long way. I used it along with other Mielle products but I think i went in a little heavy handed. It caused some product flakes on the hair, not the scalp but they were significant and needed additional hydration to fix the issue. The product allows the curls to stay hydrated and in tact. My hair always has a level of frizz to it but this product helps reduce the appearance of frizz drastically. My hair feels soft with this curl custard and never felt crunchy or sticky. It has a significant smell, which I enjoy but it may be overpowering for others. I will continue to use it and would repurchase in the future.

Keep my curls soft, defined and moisturized all day without flakes or heaviness. The smell is amazing and a little product goes a long way. It works very well on thick and curly hair. [I received this product in exchange for my honest review] The Pomegranate & Honey Coil Sculpting Custard by Mielle is a great product for creating beautiful coils! This custard smells so good! It has a sweet and fruity scent that is very noticeable, but not overwhelming. The packaging makes it easy to access the the custard and allows for quick application to your hair. The texture has a wet and smooth jello feel, and it sits in the jar like a custard. I followed the instructions to style my hair, and it was a success. It helped to form my coils and it gave structure to them as well. My hands felt a little sticky after use, but it didn't make my hair feel sticky. It dries well on the hair also. My coils keeps the shape for a good few days without getting frizzy. Not only did this custard give structure to my coils, but it also hydrated them. I'm pleased with this product so far!
