I bought this at the advice of an ULTA employee. She suggested that I use it with my toner. I was complaining that the toner bottle was too large for my medicine cabinet and she offered this up. I took it home and tried it and it works! I mist the toner onto my face after washing and drying it. It was a good improv move given that the toner bottle I was buying was soooooo huge!
